The staff were very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the breakfast buffet. It had many options to choose from. it was great to have a buy one get one free drink upon arrival at the rooftop bar. the cocktails were good there.
the walls seemed very thin. i could clearly hear neighbors coughing and walking in the corridor. the pool access felt risky and the pool was less appealing than in the photos.

The location was decent. It was close to some attractions.
I found the room i was initially given was quite small, and it lacked a window. The reception didn't seem to acknowledge the problem initially. the breakfast offered was rather repetitive. I wished there was more variety each day.

i found the location very convenient for walking to ben thanh market and saigon market. i also appreciated the proximity to massage places, coffee shops, and convenience stores. the rooftop pool and bar were convenient for a quick dip and drink after a long day, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The room needed a little updating. It felt a bit old compared to other aspects of the hotel.

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with ample space, offering a welcomed break from the urban hustle. There was a shaded section with comfortable loungers for relaxation. breakfast included various options, combining both asian and european dishes.

My room featured a comfortable bed with crisp linens and effective air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful night's rest, and the room included two separate sinks. This made getting ready in the morning easy.

The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced the dining experience. concierge services were readily available to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

awkward rooftop accessdiminished pool area
The rooftop access was awkward.. a side stair used by staff led to the terrace. A cheap poster hid the storage, diminishing the space. the 'gallica executive afternoon tea 01 signature cocktail' room was not soundproof. i could clearly hear street noise throughout my stay.
